Coming In Static and Dofo are both Canadian Dubstep Producer/DJ’s who will playing live Thursday nights starting with Dofo at 9:00pm followed by Coming In Static at 10:00pm on Channel 2.

Dofo

Growing up just outside of Toronto, DOFO has been submersed in the best of the electronic music scene his entire life. Dofo’s Father was a professional musician, which exposed him to music at a very young age and influenced him to start playing the drums when he was just 8 years old.

Now, Dofo is an up and coming dubstep producer and DJ whose influences include the likes of Zed's Dead, Andy's Ill, and Kill the Noise.

Coming In Static

Canadian electro pop/house and dubstep producer, Joash Christopher is an Ontario bred producer who has been coming up in the woodwork and goes by the name of Coming In Static.

Joash started Coming in Static as a full-fledged power pop / electro band. After a suggestion made by Underground Operations A&R Mark Spicoluk during their disBAND audition, Joash decided to make the project a solo affair, focusing solely on the electronic elements of the music.

Working tirelessly on his craft, Coming in Static evolved into the club worthy sound it is now. Drawing upon influences from electronic artists as diverse as Owl City to Skrillex, Joash has found a niche creating incredibly melodic, and vocal heavy songs that have the power to shake even the loudest clubs.

In March 2011, Coming in Static’s remix of “Break it Up” by These Kids Wear Crowns was released on EMI records through the band’s iTunes version of their debut album “Jumpstart”.

More recently Coming In Static has just released the EP-- "Axiom" available on iTunes.
